Business Coach™
Ralph Ebrum - Biography
Ever wonder why some distributors succeed while others fail? Have you ever said to yourself "what could I do to be like them”?
The reason they are successful is because they have a clear vision to create the future, and have a specific plan on how to achieve it... It's that simple! With the increased competition, greater customer demonds, and new marketing pressures, it is even more imparative today to have a clear plan of success. Even more than even, it is critical to re-evaluate your busienss goals while at the same time be open to new opportunities, find ways to be innovative, and be willing to change.
We often think of innovation as creativity, but as Harvard professor Theodore Levitt points out, “the difference between innovation and creativity is the difference between thinking about getting things done in the world, and getting things done. Creativity thinks up new things, innovation does new things.”
Given these challenges, we have come up with a tool for your business called a Busness Coach. This person will look at your business and help you develop a plan for success. Business Coaching goes above and beyond software application training. While your BMA software will be a critical tool in reaching your goals, it will only be a part of the overall success planning for your business.
BUSNESS COACH
Why a coach?
Executive coaching is an outgrowth of executive development programs, and the term was first used in 1985 to describe leadership development courses.
Although executive coaching has been gaining widespread acceptance on the part of consulting firms since the early 1990's, it is only during the latter part of the decade that it flourished, with businesses and organizations hiring professional coaches in unprecedented numbers.
A person with the right tools can better solve your specific challenges than any other type of program.
Why you should consider this service:
Businesses today need more help because busienss challenges have increased. For example, Competition is stronger, customer demands have increased, and marketing has more options and layers of sophistication.
- Software systems have become more sophisticated requiring more expertise to get the specific information that they can provide. Yes they are better at giving you information that you need, but it will take more expertise to create the reports that you want.
- An increase in executive stress and executive derailment. Corporate leaders today require more complex people skills
- Personal business coaches can tailor the process to meet your current situation. Maybe you need a three week process, maybe a three month, someone who has done this before can assertain not only what needs to be done, but how it should be done.
- 3Many executives still employ a command-and-control style of management with a resulting lack of loyalty and commitment by those on their team. Because a coach is an objective third-party, he or she can deliver news or gather information without being a victim of corporate politics.
- A Coach is better trained in and has more experience in problem-solving as that is all that person does. Up to 60 percent of managers assume managerial positions without any training in how to manage people.
- A Coach will develop a plan that include KPI (Key performance indicators) that can be measured and analysized. Your coach will have experience and expertise in this process as well. Without this, he would just be another person with information. Training alone has proved inadequate in providing executives with the skills they need. A study in the private sector found that training alone increased productivity by 22.4 percent, whereas training and follow-up coaching increased productivity by 88 percent.
